While living in the southern regions of Adelaide, I witnessed far too many families struggling to access reliable support workers who were willing to commit long term.
This lack of continuity often undermined progress and placed additional strain on families already navigating complex circumstances.
Consistency is the foundation of trust, and trust is essential for meaningful progress.
